Simon is a drug discovery scientist with 30 years international experience in large pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Simon is recognized for delivering novel scientific approaches to biology and drug discovery. He has actively lead and managed programs and laboratories developing new solutions to modeling disease biology specializing in psychiatry, neurology, pain, cognitive dysfunction and systemic disease (celiac and autoimmune cardiomyopathy) with a directive towards rare and orphan disease. Simon uses his depth of practical knowledge with a high personal motivation to help him meet the challenge of innovating in the Rare Disease drug development. Simon recently relocated to the front range of Colorado where he plans to enjoy his leisure time in the great outdoors.
