Adam is Process developer and CMC strategist with 17 years dedicated to efficiently advancing candidates through IND-enabling studies and clinical manufacturing. Deep expertise with bioreactor scaling methodologies for improved quality, and GMP success. Previously led PD at Encoded Therapeutics, achieving 80-fold cost reductions and enabling a “Right-sized” manufacturing strategy. Adam enjoys skiing in the Tahoe area, and is keen to pass on a love of the sport to his daughter.
